Michael Schrader, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology System Analyst at Pearl Insurance since April 2014, Michael has developed standard guidelines for system configurations and implemented changes in alignment with business directives. Previous roles at Pearl Insurance include Quality Assurance Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed regression testing, bug reporting, and creating training materials, as well as Customer Service Representative, focused on client support and policy management. Prior experience includes a bartending position at Kouri's Pub and an Assistant General Manager role at Bernardi's Restaurants Inc., where Michael managed supply ordering, employee training, and implemented renovations. Michael holds an Associates degree in Business Administration from Illinois Central College and attended the University of Illinois Springfield.
