Peter Thies

Peter Thies, PhD, is an accomplished management consultant with extensive experience in organizational change and talent management across global markets, including the US, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. Currently serving as Managing Director of the Pearl Meyer Leadership Practice since May 2023, Peter has previously held significant leadership positions, including President and Senior Partner at The River Group Consultants, Senior Partner at Korn/Ferry International, and President of Equinox Organizational Consulting. Peter's early career includes a tenure as Senior Partner at Mercer Delta Consulting and as a Senior Consultant at Accenture. In academia, Peter contributed as an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Peter holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as Master and Bachelor degrees in Counseling Psychology and Psychology, respectively.
