Anthony Mini

Anthony Mini began their work experience in 2001 as a Cyber Systems Operator in the Air National Guard. Anthony was responsible for designing, installing, and supporting secure systems. Anthony also played a role in detecting and responding to cyber attacks. In 2011, they became the Squadron Commander and Cyber Operations Officer, leading and supervising the management of the Department of Defense Information Networks. Mini also served as the chairman of the Air National Guard Communication Field Advisory Committee from 2016 to 2018. In 2006, they joined Advanced Technology Services as a Technical Help Desk Team Lead and later took on roles as a Network Administrator, Site Supervisor, and Site Manager. In 2018, Mini became the Business Owner of Ads4Local, where they focused on social media strategies and maximizing online exposure. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Security & Operations at Pearl Technology, overseeing technical operations, cybersecurity, and strategic planning. Anthony was promoted to President CISO in 2022 and guides the company's strategic vision and implementation.
