Courtney Tight

Courtney Tight is an experienced professional currently serving as Head of Client Management at Pearlfisher in the New York Studio since September 2014. In this role, Courtney oversees the Client Partnerships and Program Management teams, focusing on enhancing client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery. Prior to Pearlfisher, Courtney held various positions at FutureBrand, including Associate Account Manager, managing significant clients such as Axalta Coating Systems and The Walt Disney Company. Academically, Courtney earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Gender & Cultural Studies and Anthropology from the University of Sydney, where involvement included roles as EA to the Director of Student Recruitment and Vice President of the University of Sydney Union. Additionally, internships in editorial and web roles were completed at Time Out Shanghai.
