Bhavik Lakhani Dmd

Bhavik Lakhani, DMD, MS, is an experienced general dentist with a strong background in community health and dental care. Currently serving as a general dentist at Friend Family Health Center, Bhavik Lakhani has contributed to oral health initiatives in the South Side of Chicago since July 2020. At Wicker Park Dental Group, from January 2022 to August 2024, Bhavik Lakhani provided a comprehensive range of dental services, including cosmetic dentistry, periodontal treatments, restorations, orthodontics, implants, oral surgery, and endodontics. As a Schweitzer Fellow from May 2018 to May 2019, Bhavik Lakhani launched the ‘Manu Project,’ focusing on oral health education for the South Asian immigrant community. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Illinois Chicago, a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
