Edward Mason has extensive experience in IT service management, having held various leadership positions at Pearson since 2003, including Vice President of IT Service Management & Support for North America, Senior Vice President of IT Service Management & Support, and Vice President of Data Center Services. Prior to that, Edward Mason served as Director of IT Services at Pearson from 2003 to 2006, and from 1996 to 2003 at CSC, working as a Service Delivery Executive and Account Executive. Edward Mason began a progressive management career in all aspects of IT services at Grossmans from 1974 to 1996.
