Fabián Díaz

Fabián Díaz is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and strategic development across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at Pearson since April 2024, Fabián previously held the role of Chief Technology Officer at OLIO, where significant growth and team restructuring were accomplished. Fabián's tenure at Amazon as a Software Development Manager included leading innovative experiments that improved customer engagement. At Delivery Hero North LATAM, Fabián advanced through various positions, ultimately serving as Regional Chief Technology Officer and contributing to critical scalability issues and the establishment of dedicated engineering teams. Fabián began a career in technology at Los Andes University as a Software Engineer, where innovations in quality assurance systems were made. Fabián holds a Systems Engineering degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and has completed executive education programs at MIT Sloan and Columbia Business School.
