Gabriele Bauman

Gabriele Bauman is an experienced technology and CRM leader currently serving as Vice President of Customer Relationship Management & Employee Platforms at Pearson since December 2015. In this role, Gabriele champions global Salesforce engagement, coordinates monthly platform releases, and leads contract negotiations with Salesforce and other CRM platforms. Prior to Pearson, Gabriele held leadership positions at Grifols, managing IT solutions across diverse corporate areas, and at Talecris Biotherapeutics, focusing on SAP platform management. Earlier career roles include significant responsibilities at Nortel and Bay Networks, where Gabriele managed large teams and budgets for SAP implementations and technology infrastructure. Gabriele holds a BA in International Studies from Emory University and attended Phillips Academy.
