Robert King is an experienced educational professional with a strong focus on language education and content development. As a Senior Learning Designer at Pearson since October 2016, Robert prioritizes the learning experience for both learners and teachers in the English Language Learning (ELL) segment. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Content Developer at both Pearson and EF Education First, where Robert led the development of high-quality educational materials across various platforms. With a background that includes managing teams, curriculum design, and academic consultancy, Robert has held positions ranging from Director of Studies at The English Studio Language School to EFL and ESOL teaching in various educational settings. Robert holds an MA in Applied Linguistics from the University of Birmingham and has completed several key teaching certifications, further solidifying expertise in language education.
