Shane Craig

Shane Craig, MBA, PMP, CSM, currently serves as Sr Director of Program Operations at Pearson since December 2024. Prior to this role, Shane held the position of Director PMO at InStride, where accomplishments included centralizing a PMO team of 12 and realizing annual cost savings of $250K. Shane's experience also includes serving as Director of Program Management at The Beachbody Company, where leadership contributed to significant growth in a new subsidiary and strategic preparations for an IPO through multiple acquisitions. Shane's career commenced at Lockheed Martin, advancing from Project Engineer to Project Manager, alongside roles in financial analysis. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management and Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, combined with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
