Vinay Swamy

Vinay Swamy serves as the Country Head for Pearson India, a role held since May 2016, and has a diverse background in finance and advisory services. Prior to their current position, Vinay was a Partner at Sathnisha Advisory LLP, specializing in equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and investor management. Earlier experience includes serving as AVP Finance and Admin at Clutch Group, where responsibilities encompassed treasury management, global auditing, and process design. Vinay began an independent practice at V K Swamy and Associates before obtaining professional qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and ACCA, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University.
