Helen Limjoco

Helen Limjoco, M.A.T.D., is an experienced fitness and training professional currently working as a Group Fitness Instructor at Lifetime Health & Fitness Center and as a Zumba/Aqua Zumba/Fitness Instructor at Pebble Creek Country Club. Prior to their current roles, Helen served as a Knowledge Consultant at athenahealth, where responsibilities included leading training components, coaching staff, and assessing organizational performance. Helen also held a position as a Managing Consultant at GE Healthcare, focusing on large-scale implementation projects and process improvements, in addition to previous roles in implementation and clerical management. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Training and Development and multiple credentials in the same field from Roosevelt University, along with a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Oakton College.
