Melody Jones

Melody Jones has extensive work experience in the confectionery and food manufacturing industry. Melody currently holds the position of Head of Operations at Pecan Deluxe Candy Company since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Operations Manager at the same company from November 2019 to October 2021. Before joining Pecan Deluxe Candy Company, Melody worked as a Factory Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager from April 2018 to November 2019. Their role as a Continuous Improvement Manager involved responsibilities such as HACCP system maintenance, quality management system implementation, allergen risk assessment, customer complaint investigation, audits management, product control, and pest control management.

Previously, Melody worked at Tangerine Confectionery as a Technical Manager from June 2008 to February 2010. Their role included manufacturing various confectionery products for major retailers and overseeing contract packing activities.

Melody started their career at Uniq Prepared Foods Ltd as an Internal Auditor from October 1999 to June 2008.

Melody Jones attended The Northampton School for Girls from 1990 to 1995. Melody also attended Parkland Middle School from 1986 to 1990.
