Paul Monte

Paul Monte is a Partner at Peckar & Abramson, P.C., where, since February 2007, as lead counsel, extensive experience has been gained in handling a variety of legal proceedings, including jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations, administrative and DRB hearings, and appeals in both federal and state courts. Prior to this role, Paul Monte was a Partner at Berman Paley from September 1996 to February 2007. Paul Monte holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, obtained between 1984 and 1987, and a B.A. from Binghamton University, completed from 1980 to 1984.
