Ananya Sharma

Ananya Sharma is currently serving as Operations Management Trainer at Peckwater Brands since July 2023, focusing on enhancing food delivery success for kitchen operators through various engagement options. Previous experience includes a role as Chef De Cuisine at Cuivré Reims from April 2022 to October 2022. Ananya received the Charpak Masters Scholarship from the French Government, studying at Institut Paul Bocuse from September 2020 to July 2021. Ananya's internship experiences include working at renowned establishments such as Varq at Taj Hotels, Gaa in Bangkok, and Qla. Ananya holds a Master's in Culinary Leadership and Innovation from Institut Lyfe, completed in 2022, and a Bachelor's in Culinary Arts from Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal, earned in 2019.
