Koreyan Crain

Koreyan Crain, RN, currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Clinical Services at Care Options for Kids, a role held since August 2021, following the position of Vice President of Clinical and Compliance/Administrator. In addition, Koreyan has been the Chief Operating Officer at D.A.S.H. since January 2014. Previous roles include Area Vice President of Clinical Operations and Area Clinical Director at Aveanna Healthcare from March 2017 to November 2021, as well as various nursing leadership positions at Epic Health Services, Inc. from October 2004 to November 2021, culminating as Regional Nursing Director. Koreyan's educational background includes a diploma from Longview High School, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from Trinity Valley Community College, and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Registered Nursing at Western Governors University.
