Suly Avila, CPHRM, is an accomplished professional in the field of healthcare risk management and litigation, currently serving as Vice President of Medical Professional Liability and Litigation Management at Pediatrix Medical Group since December 2024. Previously, Suly held the position of Director of Insurance and Risk Integration at Pediatric Associates from June 2022 to December 2024, and served in various managerial roles at Nicklaus Children's Health System between September 2011 and June 2022, including Director of Risk Management and Claims, where responsibilities included overseeing claims management and insurance services.
