Stefano La Cesa has been working in the IT industry since 2008. Stefano began their career as President of BEST Roma for the Board of European Students of Technology in 2008. In 2009, they joined CONSEL as a Junior Analyst, where they designed and developed an integrated reporting system for Telecom Italia. In 2010, they became a Project/Team Leader at CONSEL, where they led several teams of analysts in IT consulting projects. In 2012, they worked as a Consulting Services for Gartner. From 2013 to 2014, they were Program Manager - Consulting at CONSEL, leading a team of 15 consultants on Innovative IT projects. Finally, they were a Cofounder & CTO of Pedius from 2014 to present.
Stefano La Cesa attended Convitto Nazionale, though no degree or field of study was obtained. Stefano then went on to Sapienza Università di Roma, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from 2001-2005, followed by a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from 2006-2010. From 2003-2004, they participated in the Erasmus Programme at the University of Liverpool. In 2011, they obtained a CAPM - Certified Associate in Project Management from the PMI - Project Management Institute. Finally, from 2012-2014, they obtained an Executive Master in Media & Telco from MIP Politecnico di Milano.
