Carmela Sanders

Carmela Sanders possesses extensive experience in the child welfare sector, having worked with Peel Children's Aid since March 2006 in various roles, including Manager of People & Culture, Consultant for People & Culture, Training and Development Specialist, Permanency Worker, and Advice and Assessment Worker. Prior to this, Carmela served as a Children’s Services Worker at the Catholic Children's Aid Society of Hamilton from December 2003 to October 2005. Academically, Carmela holds a Human Resources Management Diploma from McMaster University (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Work from McMaster University (1998-2003).
