Corey Griggs

Corey Griggs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Corey started their career as a Manager of Operations Strategy at BEDROC before transitioning to a software engineering role at Nashville Software School. Corey then gained experience as a Software Engineer at LiveSchool, where they worked on various projects including middleware APIs, SDKs, and test suites. Corey later joined Pronghorn as an Engineering Lead and Partner, building custom software using Python, Node.js/Typescript, Angular, and React. Corey then co-founded Geode Events, where they served as the Head of Engineering, developing a real-time video conferencing application. Corey then took on the role of VP of Engineering at Octerra before becoming a Senior Software Engineer at Thrilling. Corey continued to advance their career at Redesign Health, where they worked as a Senior Fullstack Engineer, focusing on backend development, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with other teams. Their most recent role is at Built Technologies, where they served as an Engineering Manager. Currently, Corey Griggs holds the position of Head of Engineering at Peer Supply.

Corey Griggs attended Belmont University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship. Afterwards, Corey went on to study at the Nashville Software School, where the focus of their education was on HTML/CSS, Javascript, Ruby, and Rails.
