Hailey Crooks

Hailey Crooks, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Risk Associate II at ALDI USA since February 2024. Prior to this role, Hailey has held various positions at Peerless Fence since March 2018, including Human Resource Coordinator for Training and Risk Management, Data Entry Manager, and Training and Development Specialist. Responsibilities have included designing and implementing training programs, managing data projects, and assisting with the onboarding and training of new employees.
