Furqan Hameed

Furqan Hameed has a diverse work experience spanning various roles within the product and digital management field. Furqan is currently the Head of Product at Peers Solutions since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Consultant at PRODINOVO starting from March 2018. Furqan also served as the Product Lead and Senior Product Manager at FORMEL Skin from April 2022 to November 2022 and April 2021 to March 2022, respectively. Furqan held the position of Head of Product at Ricult from September 2020 to June 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Digital Product Manager at Bionorica SE from December 2019 to August 2020 and as a Digital Consultant at Merck Group from March 2018 to December 2019. Furqan has a solid foundation in product management, demonstrated by their role as Chief Product Officer and Head of Product Management at Seamless Distribution Systems AB from July 2014 to November 2018 and July 2014 to August 2017, respectively. Furqan also has experience as a Senior Systems Engineer at Seamless Distribution Systems AB from September 2012 to June 2014. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Linux Engineer at i2c Inc. from February 2011 to September 2012 and as a Linux SysAdmin focusing on IP Core at WorldCall Telecom Limited from September 2009 to February 2011.

Furqan Hameed completed their Bachelor of Science in Telecom Engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, Furqan Hameed became a Certified Scrum Product Owner through the Scrum Alliance. Furqan further enhanced their knowledge and skills in product management with certifications such as Certified Product Manager from Product Focus in 2018, PRINCE2 Foundation Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019, and Empowered Product Leadership by Marty Cagan from Silicon Valley Product Group in 2022. Furqan Hameed has also acquired certifications in agile methodologies and marketing strategy, demonstrating their commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
