Bernie Dechellis

Bernie DeChellis has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as District Manager at Peet's Coffee since September 2012. Initially joining Peet's as a Store Manager in Studio City, Bernie successfully improved sales from -10% to over 20% during a three-year tenure. Prior to Peet's, Bernie worked as General Manager at Blockbuster from March 2006 to August 2012, enhancing sales and profits across more than ten locations through effective team building focused on customer service. Bernie began as a customer service representative at AMC Theatres, progressing to Operations Manager over eight years. Bernie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from San Francisco State University, completed in 2005.
