Jonathan Wilts

Jonathan Wilts has a diverse work experience in the biotech industry. Jonathan is currently a Cofounder and CFO at Pegasus Biotech Inc. Prior to that, they worked at TerraVerdae BioWorks Inc. as a Senior Bioprocess Development Scientist from November 2019 to June 2021. Jonathan also had a significant tenure at Elanco, where they held various roles. Jonathan was a Consultant Scientist - Analytical Lead from January 2019 to October 2019, an Associate Consultant Scientist - Analytical Lead from March 2018 to January 2019, a Sr. Scientist - Analytical Lead from February 2017 to February 2018, and a Scientist - Analytical Development from January 2015 to January 2017. Jonathan Wilts also worked as a Senior Scientist, R&D at Novartis Animal Health (now part of Elanco) from September 2014 to December 2014. Earlier in their career, they were a Biochemist - Reagent Development at Epocal Inc. from July 2007 to April 2014, and an R&D Scientist at Abbott Point of Care from 2005 to 2007. Jonathan started their career as a Research Associate at Nanogen from January 2003 to July 2005.

Jonathan Wilts earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto from 1998 to 2002. Jonathan later pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Innovation Leadership from the University of Fredericton from 2017 to 2020.
