Ben Kepes

Ben Kepes is an independent consultant with extensive international experience, primarily working with large technology companies across the US, Europe, and Australia while based in New Zealand. As Managing Director of Cactus Outdoor since November 1995, Ben has contributed to the brand's reputation for durable outdoor clothing and equipment. Currently, Ben serves as Deputy Chair for both Kordia and UniMed, and holds board positions at CORDE Ltd, Pegasus Health, and Paenga Kupenga Limited. Additionally, Ben is an active investor in early-stage SaaS and technology companies with several successful exits. Ben has also held previous board roles in various organizations, demonstrating a commitment to diverse sectors and governance.
