Kim Omlor

Kim Omlor serves as the Vice President of People at Pegasus Logistics Group since October 2022, having previously held the position of Director of Talent Development. Prior experience includes a role as Talent Leader at Central Market, overseeing talent development for the Central Market/H-E-B Division. A significant tenure at JCPenney spanned over a decade, during which Kim Omlor advanced through various roles, including Senior Manager of Global Learning Strategy, Senior Manager of Talent Development, and Director/Senior Manager of the National Field Team. Earlier career highlights include roles at SEPHORA, managing training and development, and regional management positions at LIZ CLAIBORNE, INC. Kim Omlor obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from the European Center of Business Studies and is currently enrolled in the Integral Leadership Program at Stagen Leadership Academy.
