David Kuo

David Kuo is responsible for fundraising, corporate partnerships, and startup investments in Taiwan and Greater China.

David has more than 24 years of business experience and has served as a senior executive at Taiwan Shin Kong bank, Citibank, China Trust bank and ANZ bank. He has experience in both consumer and corporate banking, with functional responsibility across IT, product, and sales departments. He has initiated fintech innnovations and business development projects, such as remote banking (online and mobile banking), cash management, factoring, electronic trading, and custodian systems, which resulted in dramatic revenue and profit growth.

Before joining Pegasus, David developed joint-venture investments with partners in China, the US and Japan. His investments include companies in energy, environmental technology, biotech and IT.

David holds a Bachelor of Applied Mathematics degree from University of Chinese Culture.
