Carla Kitsuta, Ph.D., PMP®, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy and innovation management. Currently serving as the Director of Product Strategy for Intelligent Automation at Pegasystems, Carla also contributes as an angel investor in networks such as Sororitê and UniAngels, focusing on financing promising female entrepreneurs and startups. With a strong background in project management and corporate venturing gained through roles at organizations like EverFlow Process Mining and IBM Software Group, Carla has led various initiatives in hyper-automation, market analysis, and software development. Academically accomplished, Carla holds a Ph.D. in Science and Technology Policy, complemented by an MBA and multiple degrees in engineering and management.
