Malika Karasek-Bereza has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Tutor at Marianopolis College. In 2017, they worked as a Hostess at Park Restaurant for a year. In 2019, they had two roles as a Development Intern at Lookingglass Theatre Company and as a Student Gallery Manager at The Hokin Project. Malika Karasek-Bereza began their education by obtaining a High School Diploma from The Study School in 2012. Malika then pursued a Degree of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Liberal Arts from Marianopolis College, which they completed in 2014. Following this, Malika attended McGill University - Faculty of Arts from 2014 to 2017, although their specific degree name or field of study during this time is undisclosed. In 2015, they participated in an exchange program at Sciences Po, focusing on Art History.

In 2018, Malika enrolled at Columbia College Chicago to pursue a Masters of Arts Management, which they completed in 2020. Their educational journey also includes obtaining a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in September 2022.
