John V. Bills, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently a Partner at PEI Global Partners since September 2021, John's prior roles include Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald, Managing Director in the Power, Utilities and Renewables Group at Jefferies, and Senior Banker at BNP Paribas, where John V. was instrumental in over $30 billion in announced transactions. John's expertise encompasses private equity investments, structured commodity transactions, and strategic financing, developed through positions at major financial institutions such as Crédit Agricole CIB, Barclays Capital, and Merrill Lynch. John holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Materials Science & Engineering from Northwestern University, complemented by military service as a Lieutenant in the US Navy.
