Al R.

Al R. currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Pei Wei, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Al R. accumulated extensive experience at Panera Bread from September 2009 to June 2024, where responsibilities included Area Director for Orlando and various Director of Operations roles across different regions. Additionally, Al R. was involved in youth ministry as a Youth Pastor at Treasure Coast Community Church and Life Spring Christian Church from 2002 to 2009. Early career experience includes serving as an Inside Sales Manager at DAS Group and working as a Machinist at CAD Mold from 1997 to 1999.
