Meghan McElligott

Meghan McElligott is an accomplished attorney with diverse experience in various legal fields. Currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Peiffer Wolf Carr Kane Conway & Wise, LLP since October 2021, Meghan specializes in FINRA arbitration and securities litigation. Prior to this role, Meghan was a Staff Attorney at Legal Assistance of Western New York, Inc., focusing on elder law, unemployment insurance benefits, and family law. Meghan gained valuable legal experience as a Judicial Extern in the Chambers of the Hon. Lisa Bloch Rodwin, a Legal Intern in the Conservation Law Department at Defenders of Wildlife, and a Law Clerk in the Environmental Enforcement Section of the U.S. Department of Justice. Meghan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from SUNY Geneseo.
