Lucia Tomaskova

Lucia Tomaskova is a seasoned Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience in talent acquisition, training organization, and employee management. Since June 2015, Lucia has been with Peikko Group Corporation, overseeing complete recruitment processes, development of training plans, and internal company events. Prior to this role, from July 2011 to May 2015, Lucia served as the Deputy Head of the HR Department at I.D.C. Holding, a.s., where responsibilities included personnel administration, attendance tracking, periodic medical examinations, and legal advisory for management staff. Lucia holds a degree in Environmental Management and Regional Development from Slovak Agricultural University in Nitra, in addition to a background from a business academy.
