Sampo Pilli-Sihvola

Sampo Pilli-Sihvola has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sampo is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Peikko Group Corporation, where they lead the development of BIM modeling tools. Prior to that, Sampo served as the CEO of UrakointiPlus Oy. Their previous roles at Trimble Tekla included Director of Concrete, Director of the Precast Segment, Sales Manager, Service Manager, and Software Specialist. Sampo also worked as an Assistant Structural Designer at EJT-Rakennusinsinöörit Oy and Tasoplan Oy. Sampo gained experience as a Laboratory Assistant at HAMK building laboratory and as a Senior Operator at Restel Oy, where they dealt with cash machine systems.

Sampo Pilli-Sihvola has a diverse education history. Sampo began their educational journey at Valkealan lukio, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. After completing their high school education, they pursued further studies in the field of Electronics at KYAMK Kymenlaakson ammatikorkeakoulu. Sampo graduated with an Engineer degree in 2002. Building upon their knowledge in engineering, Sampo then attended Hämeen ammattikorkeakoulu / University of applied sciences from 2000 to 2008. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in the field of Engineering, Manufacturing, and Construction. These educational experiences have equipped Sampo with a strong foundation in engineering and related fields.
