Michele Ippoliti has extensive experience in customer service and sales management within the HVAC distribution industry. Serving as the Director of Customer Service & Inside Sales at Peirce Phelps since November 1995, Michele leads a team responsible for generating over $16 million in annual sales. Prior to this role, Michele worked as an Inside Sales Specialist at Newark Electronics, focusing on new business development and account management, and as a Service Coordinator at Intermec Technologies, managing service contracts and coordinating technician calls. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Marketing Management from Saint Joseph's University and a diploma in Business from John W Hallahan High School for Girls.
