Sonny Johannesson

Sonny Johannesson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sonny is currently serving as a Senior Frontend Developer at Pej since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Sinch from July 2019 to May 2022. Sonny also served as a Full-stack Developer at Netset AB from April 2019 to July 2019.

Sonny'ssignificant experience includes working at Axis Communications as an Experienced Software Engineer from July 2014 to March 2019, where they held the roles of technical lead, team lead, and architect. Sonny was responsible for designing and building a web-based system using React and Node.js, hosted in docker containers running in Kubernetes. Sonny played a crucial role in managing a team of 9 developers and was involved in various aspects of the system, including CI/CD and frontend design.

Before that, Sonny worked at CGI from September 2012 to July 2014 as a Systems Developer. Sonny contributed to the creation and maintenance of a large HR-system and also worked on developing Android apps for modernizing HR-system interactions.

Additionally, Sonny worked as a Systems Developer at Logica from January 2012 to September 2012 and as a Software Developer at Academic Work from July 2011 to January 2012. Sonny began their professional career as an Anti-aircraft Soldier in the Swedish Armed Forces from July 2007 to June 2008.
