Ola Flesland

Ola Flesland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product and process development within the marine and food sectors. Currently serving as a Product and Process Developer at Pelagia since January 2020, Ola previously held positions as R&D Manager at both TripleNine Group A/S and Vedde AS. Prior to these roles, Ola was the CEO of Biomega AS, focusing on marine oil and protein production, and served as Director of Nofima Ingredients. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Fiskeriforskning and significant research positions at SSF and SINTEF. Ola holds a PhD in Freeze Concentration and Refrigeration Engineering and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
