Hila Yosef Moshkovich serves as the Head of Marketing and Marketing Communication Department at Migdal Group since November 2022. Hila's extensive experience includes a long tenure at Pelephone, beginning in 2006, where various roles spanned from Marketing Manager for Products and Digital Marketing to Senior Advertising Manager and Selling Branch Manager. Responsibilities have included market and competitor analysis, strategic marketing initiatives, customer retention strategies, and managing digital channels to enhance user experience. Hila holds a Master's degree in Digital Strategic and Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising Marketing Communications, both from Ono Academic College.
