Currently serving as the Customer Service and Sales Support Manager at Peli BioThermal, Brenda has previously held key positions such as General Manager and Project Manager at Asmodee USA Distribution, and various roles including Account Manager and Director of Operations Administration at COKeM International. As CEO of The Carter Group, Brenda specializes in transforming businesses through exceptional customer service strategies. Additional experience includes leading customer care teams at Elkay and Nilfisk-Advance, as well as owning a fitness franchise.
