Mahadi Hassan

Mahadi Hassan has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Project Manager at Pelican Trading, an FCA-regulated Fintech start-up. Mahadi leads projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, covering the full project lifecycle. Their responsibilities include working in asset management and fund management, performing gap analyses, and redesigning business process flows to improve efficiency.

Prior to their current role, Mahadi worked as a Talent Scout at Crystal Palace Football Club and as a Project Manager Contract at Bionic.

During their university years, Mahadi had the opportunity to work as a Project Manager at Evolution Sports Group (ESG), where they successfully transitioned their small academy into a large football league and implemented ideas that led to the purchase of a sports center.

Before joining ESG, Mahadi worked as a Supervisor at Asda, gaining valuable experience in a supervisory role.

Mahadi also has experience in recruitment, having worked as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at Gazelle Global, where they focused on the financial services and banking market across Europe.

Additionally, Mahadi has worked as an Assistant at both Barclays and NatWest, further enhancing their professional background.

Mahadi Hassan started their education in 2008 at Mill Hill County High School, where they pursued their GCSE's until 2013. After completing their GCSE's, they continued their education at the same school and studied A Levels in Maths, History, and Economics from 2013 to 2015. Following their A Levels, Mahadi went on to attend Aston Business School from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
