Gabby Castaldo

Gabby Castaldo currently serves as a Pelican's Team Member at Pelican's SnoBalls USA since March 2023. Previously, Gabby worked as a Snack Bar Attendant at Prestonwood Country Club from May 2021 to August 2021, where responsibilities included taking food and beverage orders and preparing items for customers. In an earlier role as Shift Lead/Crew Member at DEFY GRAVITY LTD from October 2018 to January 2019, Gabby managed staff, assigned tasks, and ensured safety protocols were followed for attendees. Gabby is pursuing a degree in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, expected to graduate in May 2024, after completing an academic year at North Carolina State University from August 2020 to May 2021.
