Kristy Muir

Kristy Muir is an accomplished investment and customer experience executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple technology and venture capital firms. Currently serving as an Investment Senior Associate at Pelion Venture Partners and holding board observer positions with Strider Technologies, LVT, and Graphite Systems, Kristy has a proven track record in driving revenue retention and customer success initiatives. Previously, Kristy held senior executive roles at Get Bridge and Instructure, overseeing global strategy, operations, and customer experience. Notable contributions also include managing product operations at Degreed and co-founding an open-source EdTech platform through FuzePlay. Kristy holds a degree from Brigham Young University.
