Matthew Davies is the Growth Director at Pell Frischmann, overseeing consultancy services and driving business growth in the Wales and North West regions. Matthew also holds the title of Divisional Director, leading civil engineering, highways, and infrastructure projects. With previous experience at WYG Group and Ramboll UK, Matthew has a strong background in transportation and project management. Matthew holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation.
