Brandon Charls

Brandon Charls has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and business management. Brandon began their career in 2018 as a Compensation Specialist at Pella Corporation, where they worked for one year. In 2019, they joined Pella Mid-Atlantic, Inc. as an HRIS Analyst, contributing to the development and management of the company's human resources information systems. In 2020, they advanced to the role of Human Resources Service Center Manager at Pella Corporation, overseeing the operations of the HR service center. Currently, since May 2023, they are working at Pella Mid-Atlantic, Inc. as a Business Manager. Brandon is a dedicated professional with a strong background in HR and brings valuable experience to their current role.
