George Ballman

George Ballman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. George is currently serving as the CEO of Pella Mid-Atlantic, a member of the Pella Direct Sales Network. Prior to this, George held the position of President at Kastle Systems LLC, a leading international security, access control, and video company. George also worked as a Senior Vice President at Citigroup, where they managed the Strategic Alliances team and analyzed industry trends and market developments. George's earlier experience includes serving as a Director at America Online and working as an Assistant State's Attorney at the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office.

George Ballman attended Landon High School from 1977 to 1987, earning their high school diploma. George then enrolled in the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business from 1987 to 1991, where they completed their undergraduate degree in Business (BSBA). Following this, they pursued their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Georgetown University Law Center, studying from 1992 to 1995. Later, they attended The Wharton School from 2000 to 2002, obtaining their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
