Caitlin Cunha Emerson

Caitlin Cunha Emerson, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Pella Windows and Doors of Boston since February 2019, previously holding the role of Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Operations Representative position at Everbridge from November 2016 to May 2018 and a Senior Human Resources Generalist role at Jacobs Technology from January 2008 to September 2016. Throughout their career, Caitlin has demonstrated strong capabilities in onboarding processes, employee engagement, performance management, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Additionally, Caitlin has participated in various HR initiatives and projects, contributing to continuous improvement within organizations. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Merrimack College.
