Paul Fenner

Paul Fenner is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in construction management and oversight. Currently serving as Superintendent at Pellicano Construction, responsibilities include site supervision and project management across various types of projects, including auto dealerships and medical facilities. Previous positions include Director of Facilities at South Carolina Oncology, where management of facilities for a major cancer treatment center took precedence. As Owner/Builder/Project Manager at Fenner Construction, Inc., Paul specialized in custom residential remodeling and historic renovation. Additional roles encompass leadership in both Superintendent and Construction Manager capacities at various companies, as well as entrepreneurial ventures in transportation and coffee. Paul began education at Montclair State University, earning a BFA in Theatrical Design, and has since developed a robust skill set in quality assurance, subcontractor coordination, and effective communication.
