Chris Scott

Chris Scott is an accomplished meteorologist with extensive experience in leading meteorology operations and strategy. Currently serving as Head of Meteorology at Pelmorex Corp since February 2017, Chris is a key member of the senior management team and oversees meteorology operations and research and development. Prior to this role, Chris was Director of Meteorology at Pelmorex Media Inc. for over five years, managing a team of 30 operational meteorologists and providing critical weather services across Canada. Chris's career began at The Weather Network, where various roles included Forecast Operations Manager, Lightning Project Manager, On-air Meteorologist, and Forecast/Briefing Meteorologist. Chris holds a Master of Science in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from York University.
