Michael Zhirenkov

Michael Zhirenkov is an experienced Senior Developer with a strong background in software development and lean manufacturing. Currently employed at Pelorus Technology since January 2022, Michael previously held similar roles at Thinkmax Consulting Inc. and axygens, where responsibilities included developing and supporting MS Dynamics AX solutions for clients primarily in North America and Russia. Prior to transitioning into software development, Michael worked as a Lean Manufacturing Specialist and Labor Economist at JSC Minsk Automobile Plant, focusing on the implementation of lean principles and workforce productivity analysis. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Belarusian State Technological University and has furthered education at IT Academy.
