Adennika Neckles

Adennika Neckles is an accomplished professional in HR technology, currently serving as Senior Director of Global People Systems at Peloton Interactive since August 2022. Prior to this, Adennika spent over 14 years at Moody's Corporation, advancing from roles such as Global Manager of HRIS to Senior Vice President of People Technology. Throughout this tenure, strategic leadership was provided on HR technology vision and operations, including successful data migration projects. Adennika's early career included positions at Moody's Investors Service, NYU Medical Center, and the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services, showcasing a strong foundation in Human Resource Information Systems. Adennika holds a Master of Arts in Health Care Administration from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Stony Brook University.
